The days that followed blurred into a single, sustained act of surrender. I no longer counted time by the clock but by the rhythm of his commands and the spaces between them. Morning was when he pulled me from sleep with a hand on my throat. Afternoon was when he bent me over the worktable and reminded me who I belonged to. Night was when he held me in the dark and whispered the secrets of my own soul back to me until I wept. I was unraveling, thread by thread, and he was there to catch every strand.
The deeper lessons, he called them. The training that moved beyond the body and into the architecture of my will. He told me that true submission was not about what I did but about what I felt. And what I needed to feel, above all else, was him. His presence. His authority. His pleasure. He was teaching me to anchor my entire existence to his voice, his touch, the very thought of him. It was terrifying. It was intoxicating. I had never been so lost in another person, and I had never been so completely found.
