Amber woke in Kabir's arms, her body still humming with the memory of the previous night's stripper fantasy. She could still feel the money in her holes, the rope on her skin, the echoes of her screams in the hotel suite. But something else was stirring inside her. Something she had seen yesterday that had planted a seed in her mind.
She had been walking through the countryside outside Krakow when she saw them. The cows in the field, their udders full and heavy, being milked by the farmer. She had watched, fascinated, as the milk flowed from their bodies, the rhythmic pull of the farmer's hands drawing the cream from their flesh. Something had stirred inside her, a deep, primal desire she had never acknowledged.
